Is Portare Med an electronic medical record?
No. Portare Med is not intended to replace an EHR. Its purpose is to manage the medico-legal workflow around a matter rather than routine clinical care.
Is it available now?
Portare Med is currently in limited pilot development. The public site is intended to explain the product while the application continues to be refined through real-world use.
How is access protected?
The application uses authenticated access, protected sessions, and multi-factor authentication. Privacy, security, and controlled access remain core requirements as the platform moves toward broader use.
